Pictures of Mom & Dad
This was one of the earliest family pages on my website, originally created back when putting a few scanned photographs on the Internet still felt pretty amazing. The old page only had a handful of pictures and a promise that there would be “more to come.” Well, it took a while, but here they are.
These photographs cover the early years of Mom and Dad together, babies and birthdays, beach trips, children growing up, family gatherings, and later portraits. Looking through them now, what strikes me most is how much ordinary family life is captured in these pictures. A birthday cake, a front porch, kids crowded together, a day at the beach — none of it probably seemed historic when someone pressed the shutter, but decades later these are exactly the moments worth saving.
I have tried to keep this page simple and let the photographs tell most of the story. Click or tap any picture to open the full-size image.
